Terms of Service
Updated 2026-10-24
Service
RetkuiluGURU is a monitoring and control dashboard for campervan devices. An account is required. You are responsible for your account's security and for controlling only devices you own or are permitted to use.
Free plan and PRO
The free plan costs nothing and has a limited number of devices. The PRO subscription costs €4.90/month or €49/year (VAT included) — see pricing. Payments are processed by our reseller Creem, whose terms apply to the payment.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from the first purchase; send refund requests to info@retkuiluguru.app.
AI features and Acceptable Use Policy
The PRO plan's AI features (troubleshooting diagnostics, energy usage analysis and campsite suggestions) are informational aids for personal campervan management only. Prohibited use includes:
- abusing, systematically probing, scraping, bypassing rate limits or safety restrictions of, or reverse-engineering the AI services;
- submitting unlawful, abusive, harassing, malicious or infringing content, or personal data of others without permission;
- using the AI features to generate content for illegal activities or to cause harm;
- reselling or providing the AI features to third parties, or using them for automated bulk requests;
- relying on AI output as certified electrical, gas, combustion or fire safety advice.
AI suggestions are advisory only and never change your devices on their own. We may suspend AI access or the account for violations of this policy.
Safety and liability
The service is provided "as is". Automations and AI suggestions are aids only; you remain responsible for the safe use of your devices, heaters and electrical systems. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by notice in the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
